Every Pop Up Beach installation is delivered under a full Risk Assessment & Method Statement (RAMS) document, compliant with UK Health & Safety legislation including the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, MHSWR 1999, Manual Handling Regs, PUWER, LOLER, Work at Height Regs, CDM 2015 where applicable, RIDDOR and the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
RAMS — 10m × 6m Branded Beach Installation
Includes structural loading calculations, HSE 5×5 colour-coded risk matrix, 19 assessed hazards, method statement, PPE schedule, emergency procedures and crew sign-off register. Generic template — accompanied by a site-specific addendum per booking.
RAMS — Paddle Pool / Splash Zone Add-On
Covers the optional 2m splash-zone extension (12m × 6m overall footprint). HSE 5×5 risk matrix, 22 assessed hazards (drowning, slips, electrical, entrapment, cross-infection), full method statement, COSHH chemical handling and a dedicated water-quality testing schedule aligned to PWTAG Code of Practice and HSG179 (free chlorine, combined chlorine, pH, alkalinity, temperature, microbiological).
